We selected famous wines like Amarone, classic and elegant Bordeaux cut (Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon) and an autochthonous grape as a pleasant surprise. Many of them are in the Michelin star restaurant manus. All these red wines are made by hard worker wine makers that put a lot of passion in their job. The harvest is absolutely manual to choose only the best grapes and the practices in the vineyard are aimed at the healthiness of the plants and to preserve the agricultural environment, using none or only the essential synthetic fertilizers to help the vineyards in the difficult situations, like we do with our kids.

WE PROUDLY PRESENT THE SON OF VALPOLICELLA
This is a robust wine with a beautiful fruity personality. With a bright ruby red color tends to granet, the nose expresses an enveloping bouquet with sweet notes of red fruit. On the palate it is elegant, juicy, and it gives the beautiful notes of fruit, with a balanced acidity that makes it a surprising wine. Extraordinary wine, tied to Valpolicella’s traditions, red garnet colored, with hints of ripe fruit and cherry, rich and settled taste. During the harvest, only the best bunches are carefully selected by expert hands to be part of this wine. The bunches then are dried for about 100 days in the fruit cellar to concentrate all their complex aroma and fully taste to enjoy when tasting. Don’t be shy to leave the bottle open for long time.. this special Amarone will keep surprising you!
CA ROSSA – VALCALEPIO DOC “L’AMARANTO”
A WONDERFUL EXPRESSION OF A LOVELY “HOME MADE WINE”
This Valcalepio is a beautiful intense red wine with berry aroma and a pleasantly spicy progression. The taste is full and harmonious with a dry and persistent final. The cabernet and merlot grapes are hand picked and fermented separately to allow the two individual varieties to express their notes at the best. It’s a full body red wine that you can pair especially with red meat.
CA ROSSA – VALCALEPIO DOC RISERVA “IL PORPORA”
PLEASANT RISERVA, FRUIT OF A DREAM
We also have a Riserva of the Valcalepio, an austere and classy wine that ages for minimum 18 months in barriques to smooth the tannins and amplifies the sensory complexity. The wine appears mature but the sensations of the fruits are well living. It has an intense red color with a spicy and pleasant aroma. In the mouth is warm, dry and persistent with notes of cherry, red currant and vanilla. An important wine to be paired with a juicy red meat or game, perfect for a robust Sunday lunch with friends.
DARIO COOS – REFOSCO DOC
OUR NEW ALTERNATIVE TO VALPOLICELLA RIPASSO
A sort of heroic harvest, made on steep terraced slopes, explains the passion of the wine maker for this autochthonous grape. The efforts are then combined with a slow waiting to dry the grapes in order to obtain a smoother Refosco that pleasures every palate. It has wild red berries notes with an attractively bitter finish that says: drink me all. Best pair with Stegt flæsk or other oven baked red meat.
FIRMINO MIOTTI – ROSSO IGT VENETO “VALLETTA”
THE “MAN” OF OUR RED WINES!
After a slight drying of grapes for 10 days, the grapes are vinified separately and then left for a long period in barriques and in bottle to obtain this vertical wine. Complex at the nose with ripe fruit and spice notes followed by tertiary aromas like tobacco, liquorice and chocolate. Live, vibrant and intense in the mouth. Even if balanced with silky tannins, does not seek compromises and shows all its character. It’s the wine for important juicy meat dishes and great occasions. Even in many years time!
LA MORETTI – ROSSO DI PARMA “VINNALUNGA ’71”
FROM PARMA, A FANTASTIC BORDEAUX CUT
From a 46 years old wineyard (1971), always grown with a great respect for the ambient, this superbe red wine is a blend of great elegance and structure, complex and fine at the nose. Not the warm feeling you could expect from a Bordeaux cut, but a rich taste and a robust tannin that remains with a good tension to give an intense pleasure. To pair with aged Grana Padano and Parma ham or succulent red meat.
VIGNALTA – ROSSO RISERVA DOC
A FRESH RISERVA TO PLEASE EVERY PALATE
Award winning wine producer with great respect and appreciation of what Euganean hills terroir gives to his wines. The unique volcanic soil gives the great minerality to this Bordeaux cut and the barrel aging makes it smoother and very drinkable. Notes of berry jam and green pepper leave. Tannins are very well balanced and linked to an surprising freshness for a Riserva wine. Perfect pair with Lasagna, pasta with ragù alla bolognese and all kind of meat.
VINI NANI – SYRAH IGT
AN EVERYDAY EXTRAORDINARY SYRAH!
Excellent very drinkable red wine from a “tuscan Veneto” vineyard that is obtaining the Organic certification. Its great structure with delicate tannins and a pleasant freshness are accompanied by red berry fruits and spices notes, in particular black pepper, typical of Syrah grape. Perfect pairing with frikadeller and very good after dinner.
VINI NANI – ROSSO VENETO IGT “ANTONIO”
A COMPLEX FRESH RED WINE
A well structured wine with tertiary aromas in which the grapes are dried using the Amarone technique. You can smell red fruits, cherry jam, spicy perfumes like cocoa, cinnamon and black pepper. The nose complexity is also confirmed in the mouth: fresh, velvet and softness to please every palate. The ideal food pairing is with pork, red meats and aged cheeses. And it’s to try for meditation.
